4501-53-07                  Provider inspections.

 

 

 

(A)All provider facilities may be inspected at any time by the department for compliance with the rules set forth in this chapter. The provider's authorizing official or site coordinator shall make any records accessible to the department for copying.

 

(B)Providers found to be in non-compliance of any rule will be notified by the department and directed to come into compliance by the next motorcycle training session.

 

(C)Providers found to be in non-compliance on subsequent inspections for the same infraction may have disciplinary action taken against the provider's certificate of approval pursuant to an adjudicatory hearing under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code;
