4501-53-12                  Applicability of rules.

 

 

 

(A)Any sponsor under contract with the department to provide motorcycle training prior to the effective date of this rule is deemed to be certified by the department, however such sponsor must make original application in accordance with rule 4501-53-06 of the Administrative Code prior to the expiration of the sponsor's contract or January 1, 2004, whichever occurs later, and abide by the rules in this chapter.

 

(B)Any instructor approved by the department to provide motorcycle training during calendar year 2003 is deemed to be certified by the department, however such instructor must make original application in accordance with rule 4501-53-03 of the Administrative Code prior to the expiration of the instructor's contract, if applicable, or January 1, 2004, whichever occurs later, and abide by the rules in this chapter.
