3701:1-56-12               Communications.

 

 

 

Except as otherwise provided, any communication or report required by Chapter 3701:1-56 of the Administrative Code shall be filed in accordance with Chapter 3748. of the Revised Code and rules promulgated thereunder. Documents pertaining to a license application or any license matter, unless otherwise directed in writing, shall be submitted to the department at the following address:
