The Ohio state dental board will admit to examination only those persons who have
beengraduated from a dental hygiene school or dental hygiene program which was accredited by the American dental association's commission on dental accreditation at the time of graduation and who have met the requirements set forth in section 4715.21 of the Revised Code.4715-9-02 2
