    ODH has completed the five-year review of rule 3701:1-44-04, and is proposing it without change.

    Rule 3701:1-44-04 describes the types of licenses authorized by OAC Chapter 3701:1-44. Chapter 3701:1-44 provides the requirements for possession and use of radioactive source material. ODH is proposing no changes to this rule.

    This rule refers to rule 3701:1-44-01 of the Administrative Code and Chapter 3701:1-44 of the Administrative Code, all of which are available in libraries and on the internet to persons who reasonably can be expected to be affected by the rule.
