To provide policies and practices relating to licensing requirements for type A child care homes.
These policies were previously in 5101:2-13-18.

This rule sets forth the requirements for drivers of vehicles who transport children
receiving child care in a type A home. The driver must be at least eighteen years old, have a valid Ohio driver's license, be free from the influence of any substance that would impair driving abilities and must meet the requirements of a type A home employee. The driver must also complete a pre-service review of the transportation rules conducted by the center administrator.
