NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

Pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio Secretary of State gives notice of a public hearing regarding the proposal of the following new administrative rules, which are being adopted pursuant to Sub. H.B. No. 359 of the 131st General Assembly:

111-1-3                       Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program- The proposed new rule discusses Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program eligibility.

 

111-1-4                       Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program Application- This proposed new rule describes the methods by which a person may apply to the Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program.

 

111-1-5                       Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program Participant Certification and Renewal - This proposed new rule outlines the Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program certification process and validity period and establishes a grace period for certification renewal.

 

111-1-6                       Service of Process - This proposed new rule prescribes the manner in which process may be served on the Secretary of State as the agent of a Safe at Home/Address Confidentiality program participant.

 

111:3-4-07      Safe at Home Address Confidential Voter Registration Record- This proposed new rule describes the application process for a participant of the Safe at Home/Address Confidentiality Program to obtain a confidential voter registration record with a county board of elections.
