111:3-9-11. Enhancements and significant adjustments; duties

Latest version.

The vendor shall notify the secretary of state of enhancements and significant adjustments to equipment that could result in the following:

(A) A patent change;

(B) A copyright change;

(C) A significant alteration in the following:
(1) The method of recording voter intent;

(2) Voter privacy;

(3) Retention of the vote;

(4) Communication of voting records;

(5) Connections between the systems and other systems.
