122:26-1-07. Fees

(A) Each applicant shall submit an application fee at the time of application in an amount established in the program policies. An application will not be evaluated by the director unless the application fee is paid. The application fee shall not exceed two thousand five hundred dollars. Application fees are non-refundable even if an application is withdrawn or incomplete.

(B) Each eligible applicant that is approved for "SiteOhio" certification shall pay a certification fee within thirty days of receipt of the director's approval letter in an amount established in the program policies. A "SiteOhio" certificate will not be issued by the director unless the certification fee is paid. The certification fee shall not exceed five thousand dollars. Certification fees are non-refundable.

(C) Each recipient issued a "SiteOhio" certificate shall pay a recertification fee at the time the recipient requests recertification in an amount established in the program policies. A recertification "SiteOhio" certificate will not be issued by the director unless the recertification fee is paid. The recertification fee shall not exceed three thousand five hundred dollars. Recertification fees are non-refundable.

(D) Application, certification and recertification fees shall not exceed eleven thousand dollars in total.
