123:5-1-02. Delegation of procurement authority

The director of the department of administrative services may delegate authority to the chief procurement officer, the state purchasing administrator, the state printing administrator, assistant director, deputy director, or as the director may otherwise delegate, to make purchases for supplies, services, and information technology.
