1501:31-27-02. Annual license and permit regulations

(A) Each annual hunting license, deer permit, wild turkey permit, fur taker permit and wetlands habitat stamp shall be valid from the first day in March through midnight of the last day in February the following year.
(B) Each fishing license, hunting license, nonresident lake Erie sport fishing district permit, deer permit, wild turkey permit, fur taker permit and wetlands habitat stamp shall be issued in the form prescribed by the chief of the division of wildlife. Such licenses, permits and stamps may be in either printed or electronic form.
(C) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
