3745-18-26. Defiance county emission limits

(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Defiance county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 2.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(C) The " Richland Substation Peaker Facility" (OEPA premise number 0320010006) or any subsequent owner or operator of the " Richland Substation Peaker Facility" facility located on Carpenter road, Defiance, Ohio shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from turbine numbers 1 to 3 (OEPA source numbers B001 to B003) to exceed a maximum of 0.7 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each turbine.
