3745-65-33. Testing and maintenance of equipment

Latest version.

All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure proper operation of the equipment in time of emergency. The owner or operator shall record the inspections in a log or summary.
