3745-67-82. Special requirements for incompatible wastes- land treatment

Incompatible wastes, or incompatible wastes and materials (see the appendix to rule 3745-66-99 of the Administrative Code for examples), shall not be placed in the same land treatment area, unless paragraph (B) of rule 3745-65-17 of the Administrative Code is complied with.
