3769-4-45. Commission approval required of all officials

Latest version.

All officials designated in rule 3769-2-10 of the Administrative Code shall be appointed by the permit holder subject to the approval of the commission. The commission reserves the right to require at any time the change of any official or officials for what the commission deems good and sufficient reason.
