3770:1-9-798. Game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight
-
(A) Title and term. Ohio lottery commission game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight, "Double Money Double Play," shall be conducted at such times and for such periods as the commission may determine. For the purpose of this rule, "sales cycle" shall mean any such period, including reprints, beginning on the date when ticket sales are commenced and continuing through the date established by the director as the date on which sales agents are to make their final settlement with respect to tickets allocated to them during the period in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight.
(B) General design.
(1) Game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight is an instant lottery game within which is contained a scratch-off game and four tab games. There are nineteen chances to win on each ticket, and a player may win up to nineteen times on one ticket.
(a) "Game 1" - The player reveals three "Winning Numbers," fifteen "Your Numbers" and fifteen corresponding prize values. The player must match any one or more of "Your Numbers" to any one or more of the "Winning Number(s)" to win the corresponding prize value revealed beneath the matching "Your Numbers." If the player reveals a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol in any of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins double the corresponding prize value shown automatically. If the player matches any one of "Your Numbers" to one of the "Winning Numbers" and the corresponding prize value revealed is a "TPD" symbol, the player wins five thousand five hundred dollars automatically, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall also automatically be entered in the Top Prize Drawing ("TPD") to win a two hundred thousand dollar grand prize. The Top Prize Drawing shall be conducted in accordance with Ohio lottery rules and procedures established and approved by the director. The player can win up to fifteen times in this game.
(b) "Tab Games" - The back of each ticket shall contain four "Tab Games" and a "Prize Legend." The player must match three like play symbols in any one "Tab Game" across to win the prize value corresponding with the matched symbol shown in the "Prize Legend." Play symbols may include: "Stars," "Horseshoes," "Piggy Banks," "Stacks of Coins," "Stacks of Money," "Pots of Gold" and "Treasure Chests."
(2) The only "prize values" which shall appear on a ticket in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight are listed as follows:
(a) "Game 1" - two dollars, three dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, thirty dollars, forty dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, two hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, the "TPD" symbol corresponding to a prize value of five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars, fifty thousand dollars and two hundred thousand dollars.
(b) "Tab Games" - five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars and five hundred dollars.
(C) Price of tickets. The price of a ticket issued by the commission in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight shall be five dollars.
(D) Structure, nature and value of prize awards.
(1) There shall be two types of prizes in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight, a "regular prize award" and a "TPD" prize award.
(2) As used in this rule, "prize award" shall mean one of the following monetary figures which is the total of all winning prize values appearing on the ticket: five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, thirty dollars, forty dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, two hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars, fifty thousand dollars and two hundred thousand dollars. Each ticket in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight shall be imprinted in such a way that prize awards from the set listed above may be won.
(3) Numbers, prize values and play symbols appearing on any ticket in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight shall be concealed by an opaque covering or tab covering which may be scratched off or removed by the holder of the ticket to reveal the underlying numbers, prize values and play symbols.
(a) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for five dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(b) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three "Star" symbols in one "Row" across for five dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(c) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" for two dollars once and three dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(d) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for ten dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(e) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which three "Horseshoe" symbols in one "Row" across for ten dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(f) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for five dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in one "Row" across for five dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(g) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars doubled in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(h) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" for two dollars five times in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(i) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for twenty dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(j) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three "Piggy Bank" symbols in one "Row" across for twenty dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(k) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars doubled in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(l) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for ten dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in two "Rows" across for five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(m) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for twenty-five dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(n) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three "Stack of Coins" symbols in one "Row" across for twenty-five dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(o) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for twenty dollars once in "Game 1, and matching three "Star" symbols in one "Row" across in the "Tab Game" for five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(p) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars doubled, and one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for five dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(q) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for five dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in four "Rows" across for five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(r) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for thirty dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(s) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars doubled in "Game 1," and matching three "Horseshoe" symbols in one "Row" across for ten dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(t) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" for twenty-five dollars once and five dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(u) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" for five dollars once and ten dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in one "Row" across for five dollars once and matching three "Horseshoe" symbols in one "Row" across for ten dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(v) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars doubled in "Game 1," and matching three "Piggy Bank" symbols in one "Row" across for twenty dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(w) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for forty dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of forty dollars;
(x) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fourteen of "Your Numbers" for two dollars seven times and three dollars seven times in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in one "Row" across for five dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of forty dollars;
(y) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty dollars doubled in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of forty dollars;
(z) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" for five dollars eight times in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of forty dollars;
(aa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two dollars doubled, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by thirteen of "Your Numbers" for two dollars thirteen times in "Game 1," and matching three "Horseshoe" symbols in one "Row" across for ten dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of forty dollars;
(bb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for fifty dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(cc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" for two dollars fifteen times in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in four "Rows" across for five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(dd) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three "Stack of Cash" symbols in one "Row" across for fifty dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for twenty-five dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Stack of Coins" symbols in one "Row" across for twenty-five dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for thirty dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Horseshoe" symbols in two "Rows" across for ten dollars two times in the "Tab Game," shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(gg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which three of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" for five dollars once, twenty dollars once and twenty-five dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(hh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars doubled in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" for five dollars six times in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in four "Rows" across for five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(jj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for one hundred dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(kk) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three "Pot of Gold" symbols in one "Row" across for one hundred dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars doubled in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize amount of one hundred dollars;
(mm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for fifty dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Stack of Money" symbols in one "Row" across for fifty dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(nn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars doubled and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fourteen of "Your Numbers" for five dollars fourteen times in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in four "Rows" across for five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(oo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" for twenty-five dollars four times in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(pp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" for ten dollars six times in "Game 1," and matching three "Star" symbols in one "Row" across for five dollars, three "Horseshoe" symbols in one "Row" across for ten dollars and three "Stack of Coins" symbols in one "Row" across for twenty-five dollars in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(qq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for two hundred dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(rr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars doubled in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(ss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" for fifty dollars once and one hundred dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Stack of Coins" symbols in two "Rows" across in the "Tab Game" for twenty-five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(tt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars doubled and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fourteen of "Your Numbers" for ten dollars fourteen times in "Game 1," and matching three "Horseshoe" symbols in four "Rows" across for ten dollars four times in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(uu) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for five hundred dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(vv) Holder of a valid winning ticket matching three "Chest of Gold" symbols in one "Row" across for five hundred dollars once in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ww) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" for one hundred dollars four times in "Game 1, and matching three "Stack of Coins" symbols in four "Rows" across for twenty-five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(xx) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two hundred dollars doubled and one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for one hundred dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(yy) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars doubled, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" for fifty dollars three times and one hundred dollars once in "Game 1," and matching three "Stack of Money" symbols in one "Row" across for fifty dollars in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(zz) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for one thousand dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(aaa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars doubled, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fourteen of "Your Numbers" for twenty dollars eight times, fifty dollars two times and one hundred dollars four times in "Game 1," and matching three "Piggy Bank" symbols in two "Rows" across for twenty dollars two times and three "Stack of Cash" symbols in two "Rows" across for fifty dollars two times in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(bbb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" for five hundred dollars two times in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(ccc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars doubled in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(ddd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" and a "TPD" prize symbol is revealed for five thousand five hundred dollars in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of five thousand five hundred dollars, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, automatic entry into the Top Prize Drawing to win two hundred thousand dollars before taxes;
(eee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for ten thousand dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(fff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars doubled, and one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fourteen of "Your Numbers" for one hundred dollars two times, five hundred dollars five times and one thousand dollars seven times in "Game 1," and matching three "Stack of Coins" symbols in four "Rows" across for twenty-five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(ggg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for fifty thousand dollars once in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of fifty thousand dollars;
(hhh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten thousand dollars doubled, and one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fourteen of "Your Numbers" for five hundred dollars four times, one thousand dollars eight times, and ten thousand dollars two times in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of fifty thousand dollars;
(iii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for two hundred thousand dollars in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of two hundred thousand dollars; and
(jjj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Double Dollar Sign" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty thousand dollars doubled, and one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" for fifty thousand dollars two times in "Game 1" shall win a regular prize award of two hundred thousand dollars.
(E) Number of prize awards. The number of prize awards in any sales cycle of game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight will depend upon the number of tickets sold during that cycle. However, distribution and availability for public purchase may be affected by, but not limited to, circumstances such as stolen, defective, missing, damaged, promotional, returned or reordered tickets. Tickets shall be printed in accordance with this rule using random techniques in order that the following occur:
(1) Combinations winning each prize award are randomly distributed throughout all tickets printed in any given ticket issuance; and
(2) Mathematical reasoning indicates that the number of winning tickets per six million tickets sold in the following prize categories should be as follows:
(a) Two tickets winning fifty thousand dollars doubled, and fifty thousand dollars two times in "Game 1" to win two hundred thousand dollars;
(b) Two tickets winning two hundred thousand dollars once in "Game 1" to win two hundred thousand dollars;
(c) Four tickets winning ten thousand dollars doubled, five hundred dollars four times, one thousand dollars eight times and ten thousand dollars two times in "Game 1" to win fifty thousand dollars;
(d) Three tickets winning fifty thousand dollars once in "Game 1" to win fifty thousand dollars;
(e) Five tickets winning one hundred dollars doubled, one hundred dollars two times, five hundred dollars five times and one thousand dollars seven times in "Game 1," and twenty-five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" to win ten thousand dollars;
(f) Five tickets winning ten thousand dollars once in "Game 1" to win ten thousand dollars;
(g) Twenty-five tickets revealing the "TPD" prize symbol to win five thousand five hundred dollars in "Game 1," and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, automatic entry into the Top Prize Drawing to win two hundred thousand dollars;
(h) Ten tickets winning five hundred dollars doubled in "Game 1" to win one thousand dollars;
(i) Ten tickets winning five hundred dollars two times in "Game 1" to win one thousand dollars;
(j) Ten tickets winning one hundred dollars doubled, twenty dollars eight times, fifty dollars two times and one hundred dollars four times in "Game 1," and winning twenty dollars two times and fifty dollars two times in the "Tab Game" to win one thousand dollars;
(k) Ten tickets winning one thousand dollars once in "Game 1" to win one thousand dollars;
(l) One hundred tickets winning one hundred dollars doubled, fifty dollars three times and one hundred once in "Game 1," and winning fifty dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win five hundred dollars;
(m) One hundred tickets winning one hundred once and two hundred dollars doubled in "Game 1" to win five hundred dollars;
(n) Two hundred tickets winning one hundred dollars four times in "Game 1" and winning twenty-five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" to win five hundred dollars;
(o) Two hundred tickets winning five hundred dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win five hundred dollars; and
(p) One hundred tickets winning five hundred dollars once in "Game 1" to win five hundred dollars.
(3) Mathematical reasoning indicates that over a sufficiently large number of tickets sold, the average number of winning tickets per five hundred thousand tickets sold should be as follows:
(a) Forty tickets winning ten dollars doubled and ten dollars fourteen times in "Game 1," and winning ten dollars four times in the "Tab Game" to win two hundred dollars;
(b) Fifty tickets winning fifty dollars once and one hundred dollars once in "Game 1," and winning twenty-five dollars two times in the "Tab Game" to win two hundred dollars;
(c) Fifty tickets winning one hundred dollars doubled in "Game 1" to win two hundred dollars;
(d) Twenty-five tickets winning two hundred dollars once in "Game 1" to win two hundred dollars;
(e) Two hundred forty tickets winning ten dollars six times in "Game 1," and five dollars once, ten dollars once and twenty-five dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win one hundred dollars;
(f) One hundred tickets winning twenty-five dollars four times in "Game 1" to win one hundred dollars;
(g) Two hundred forty tickets winning five dollars fourteen times and five dollars doubled in "Game 1," and five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" to win one hundred dollars;
(h) One hundred twenty tickets winning fifty dollars once in "Game 1," and winning fifty dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win one hundred dollars;
(i) One hundred tickets winning fifty dollars doubled in "Game 1" to win one hundred dollars;
(j) One hundred tickets winning one hundred dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win one hundred dollars;
(k) One hundred tickets winning one hundred dollars in "Game 1" to win one hundred dollars;
(l) Seven hundred tickets winning five dollars six times in "Game 1," and winning five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" to win fifty dollars;
(m) Six hundred tickets winning twenty-five dollars doubled in "Game 1" to win fifty dollars;
(n) Two hundred tickets winning five dollars once, twenty dollars once and twenty-five once in "Game 1" to win fifty dollars;
(o) Three hundred tickets winning thirty dollars once in "Game 1," and ten dollars two times in the "Tab Game" to win fifty dollars;
(p) Three hundred tickets winning twenty-five dollars once in "Game 1" and twenty-five dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win fifty dollars;
(q) Three hundred tickets winning fifty dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win fifty dollars;
(r) Three hundred tickets winning two dollars fifteen times in "Game 1" and five dollars four times in the "Tab Game" to win fifty dollars;
(s) Three hundred tickets winning fifty dollars once in "Game 1" to win fifty dollars;
(t) One thousand five hundred tickets winning two dollars doubled in "Game 1" and ten dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win forty dollars;
(u) Three hundred eleven tickets winning five dollars eight times in "Game 1" to win forty dollars;
(v) Three hundred tickets winning twenty dollars doubled in "Game 1" to win forty dollars;
(w) Six hundred tickets winning two dollars seven times and three dollars seven times in "Game 1," and winning five dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win forty dollars;
(x) Three hundred tickets winning forty dollars once in "Game 1" to win forty dollars;
(y) Three hundred tickets winning five dollars doubled in "Game 1," and twenty dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win thirty dollars;

(ee) One thousand tickets winning ten dollars doubled and five dollars once in "Game One" to win twenty-five dollars;
(ff) One thousand tickets winning twenty dollars once in "Game 1," and five dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win twenty-five dollars;
(gg) One thousand tickets winning twenty-five dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win twenty-five dollars;
(hh) One thousand tickets winning twenty-five dollars once in "Game 1" to win twenty-five dollars;
(ii) Two thousand tickets winning ten dollars once in "Game 1," and five dollars two times in the "Tab Game " to win twenty dollars;
(jj) Four thousand tickets winning ten dollars doubled in "Game 1" to win twenty dollars;
(kk) Two thousand tickets winning twenty dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win twenty dollars;
(ll) Two thousand tickets winning twenty dollars once in "Game 1" to win twenty dollars;
(mm) Ten thousand tickets winning two dollars five times in "Game 1" to win ten dollars;
(nn) Ten thousand tickets winning five dollars doubled in "Game 1" to win ten dollars;
(oo) Eight thousand tickets winning five dollars once in "Game 1," and five dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win ten dollars;
(pp) Ten thousand tickets winning ten dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win ten dollars;
(qq) Ten thousand tickets winning ten dollars once in "Game 1" to win ten dollars;
(rr) Fourteen thousand tickets winning three dollars once and two dollars once in "Game 1" to win five dollars;
(ss) Twelve thousand tickets winning five dollars once in the "Tab Game" to win five dollars; and
(tt) Twenty-eight thousand tickets winning five dollars once in "Game 1" to win five dollars.
(F) Tickets sold. Chances of winning and the number of winning tickets are established at the time of printing and will change as prizes are won.
(G) Frequency of prize drawings.
(1) Random imprinting of prize awards on all tickets issued in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight shall be accomplished in a manner, which complies with the commission's rules and procedures.
(2) When a ticket issued in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight is sold or deemed sold in accordance with this rule and the covering material over any of the numbers, prize values and play symbols has been removed, the holder shall be deemed to have drawn the numbers, prize values and play symbols on that ticket which determine whether the holder is entitled to a regular prize award. All regular prize awards shall be deemed announced no later than the last day of the sales cycle of game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight in which the ticket was sold.
(3) The Top Prize Drawing to award one grand prize of one hundred fifty thousand dollars shall take place in accordance with rules and procedures established and approved by the director, and specifically, rule 3770:1-6-05 of the Administrative Code governing"Prize drawings" and rule 3770:1-6-01 of the Administrative Code governing"Special lottery drawings." Such drawings shall be held on dates determined and announced by the director, however, the earliest Top Prize Drawing date shall be one hundred eighty days from the game close date or when all tickets winning a prize value corresponding with a "TPD" symbol have been claimed, whichever is earlier.
(H) Special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures. The director shall establish special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures, including procedures for validation by sales agents of tickets winning prize awards which are to be paid by sales agents in accordance with commission rules, as well as procedures for entry into the Top Prize Drawings described in Section (G)(3) of this Rule. Prize awards shall be claimed within the time limits set forth by commission rules.
(I) Validity of tickets.
(1) A mechanical error in printing prize awards, symbols, words or other numbers on a ticket shall not automatically invalidate that ticket. To the extent feasible, the director shall establish procedures by which the holder of any ticket on which information is incorrectly printed due to mechanical malfunction may be advised of correct information for the ticket. If it is not technically feasible to recover the information from a mechanically misprinted ticket, the director may declare the ticket void and the holder shall be entitled to a return of the ticket price or a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(2) In addition to, but not in limitation of, all other power and authority conferred on the director by the commission's rules, the director may declare a ticket in game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight void if it is stolen, unissued, deactivated, not sold or deemed not sold in accordance with commission rules; if it is illegible, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, misregistered, reconstituted, miscut, defective, printed or produced in error or incomplete; or if the ticket fails any of the validation tests or procedures established by the director. The commission's liability and responsibility for a ticket declared void, if any, is limited to refund of the retail sales price of the ticket or issuance of a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(J) Director's conduct of game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight.
(1) The director shall conduct game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight in a manner consistent with the Lottery Act and the rules of the commission including, without limitation, this rule and the regulations of the director. As deemed necessary or advisable, the director shall adopt management regulations, orders or directives to implement and operate this lottery game. The director shall inform the public of the provisions of this rule and the procedures established pursuant hereto which affect the play of game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight. The director reserves the right to declare any instant game as unavailable for sale at any time to maintain game integrity and accountability.
(2) Names and definitions of elements of game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight used in this rule are to be considered generic terms used solely for purposes of this rule. In actual operation, game rule number seven hundred ninety-eight and these elements may be given names or titles chosen by the commission.
