5160-2-50. Supplemental upper limit payments for inpatient and outpatient hospital services

(A) Supplemental upper limit payments for inpatient and outpatient hospital services shall be made in accordance with Attachment 4.19 -A and B of the Ohio Medicaid State Plan (August 25, 2015) available at www.Medicaid.ohio.gov.

(B) Supplemental payments shall continue in accordance with Attachment 4.19 -A and B as long as the supplemental program is part of the Ohio Medicaid State Plan.
