Pursuant to section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Governor's Office of Veterans' Affairs hereby gives public notice of its intention to amend the following Administrative Rules:

 

                                     Education, Training, Certification for ne wly appointed county veterans service commissioners (appointed after January 1, 1995).

                                     Education, Training, Certification for veteran's service commissioners. 5902-1-03  Minimum qualifications for hiring

5902-1-04  Certifying veterans service officers 5902-1-05  Accrediting veterans service officers 5902-1-06  Education of veterans service officers

A public hearing will be held on the proposed rule in the Governor's Office of Veterans' Affairs conference room, at 77 S. High St, 7th Floor, Columbus, Ohio, on Wednesday, February 26, 2003. All interested parties are invited to attend and comment for the record, which will be open at 10:00 a.m. and remain open for a time sufficient to receive comments. Copies of the rule will be available at the hearing or at the Governor's Office of Veterans' Affairs offices located at 77 S. High St, 7th Floor, Columbus, Ohio, prior to the hearing.
