1501:47-3-97               No  wake  operation  on  the  waters  of  Jackson  lake  -  pilot program.

 

 

On the waters within the boundaries of Jackson lake state park:

 

(A)    No person shall operate or permit the operation of a powercraft with a motor or combination of motors exceeding a horsepower rating of ten horsepower at a speed greater than idle speed or at a speed that creates a wake. This provision shall remain in effect until October 31, 2016.

 

(B)     After October 31, 2016, no person shall operate or permit the operation of a powercraft with a motor or combination of motors with a horsepower rating of more than ten horsepower.
