PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

Section 119.032 of the Revised Code requires ODA to review rules 173-3-01, 173-3-04, 173-3-05, and 173-3-09 of the Administrative Code no later than the rules' assigned review dates. The rules regulate provider agreements between area agencies on aging and providers who bid for the agreements through a process of open and free competition.

Please see the business impact analysis (BIA) associated with this rule filing for details. ODA will conduct a public hearing to obtain comments concerning the rule proposals on

April 1, 2014 in Conference Room 10A which is located just inside the 10th floor entrance of ODA's office at 50 W. Broad St.; 10th Floor; Columbus, OH 43215. The hearing will begin at 11:30AM and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.
