To put a two-year pilot program into place allowing the use of motors other than electric motors to operate on the waters of A.W. Marion state park at no-wake speed.

The rule allows watercraft of any horsepower to utilize the waters of Hargus lake at
A.W. Marion state park as long as such craft are operated at no-wake speed. The horsepower limits will revert to the current restriction of electric motors not exceeding four horsepower on November 1, 2015 unless a permanent rule change is adopted prior to that date.
