This rule is being filed in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 119.032 which requires each state agency to review its rules a minimum of once every five years.

This rule addresses the disqualification periods from the food stamp program due to a household knowingly transferring resources for the sole purpose of qualifying for food stamps.
