111-1-03. Safe at home address confidentiality program

An adult person or a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor, incompetent or ward who is a victim of domestic violence, menacing by stalking, human trafficking, trafficking in persons, rape, or sexual battery may apply to the safe at home address confidentiality program when changing residence in order to obtain an address designated by the secretary of state that will serve as the person's mailing address in place of the person's residential address.
