122:26-1-05. Monitoring and reporting

(A) For a period of three years following the issuance of a "SiteOhio" certificate, the recipient shall file an annual status report with the director on a form approved by the director from time to time. The report shall detail progress of site marketing and any additional information that may be requested. If the director determines a recipient has submitted an annual report containing erroneous information or data not supported by records established and maintained under this rule, the director may, after providing notice, require the recipient to submit a revised report.

(B) The recipient shall establish and maintain for a period of at least three years from the issuance of the "SiteOhio" certificate all materials submitted to the director related to the site. The recipient shall make such records available for review and verification by the director as well as other appropriate state agencies.
