1501:31-11-06. Restricted migratory bird hunting area; Auglaize county

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, hunt, or take ducks, geese, or any other migratory birds at any time, on or within an area in Auglaize county posted as "Restricted Zone, Unlawful to Hunt Waterfowl" more particularly described as follows:
Located in St. Marys township, Auglaize county beginning at a point six rods east of the southwest corner of the east half of the northwest quarter of said section 9 and running thence north 160 rods to the north line of said section, thence east with the section line to the right-of-way of the "Nickel Plate" railroad right-of-way, thence continuing 1,192 feet to the line fence running north and south in the tract formerly the property of Flora L. Berry, thence proceeding south along said property line on a straight line extended to the center of the reservoir pike or Greenville road, thence westerly along the center of said road to the place of beginning.
(B) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
