3745-50-37. Permit application fee

Latest version.

Upon application for a hazardous waste facility installation and operation permit or upon application for a renewal permit issued under section 3734.05 of the Revised Code, an application fee of one thousand five hundred dollars shall be paid by the applicant to the director.
