    4713-5-04                    Operational rulesProprietary schools.

     

     

     

    (A)  A proprietary school may conduct day and night courses.

     

    (B)     Career technical schools offering evening adult cosmetology education will be considered a proprietary school. Career technical schools may only offer adult education with the Ohio department of educationODE and with board approval.

     

    (C)The board shall be notified of which nights per week classes will be conducted.
